Kui has a dream: to make people happier, or at least a little less sad, but he doesn't know how to do it. He finds himself on a planet, 110 Bis, where he is run over by a boy with a strange name, One-Ten, who is riding his bicycle to deliver some cookies. Kui discovers that these are special cookies, which could help him make his dream come true. He manages to get the recipe, but one ingredient is missing!
